Datini Bites, a great power snack!

Datini bites

  • High in calcium and protein
  • Gluten free
  • dairy free
  • Non-GMO
  • Organic
  • Vegan 
  • Mix equal amounts (ratio 1 to 1) of Datini and your choice of nut (Almond) or oat flour
  • shape into bite size pieces
  • Roll the balls into your favorite toppings such as Coconut shreds, crushed Pistachio, Cacao powder or  Sesame seeds
  •  The best method would be to pour the topping into a small cup and drop the Datini bite into the cup and shake into circular motion until the ball is coated with the topping
You may refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving for a more firm texture or enjoy them right away
there is no need to use sweeteners since the Datini is naturally sweet but if you like you may add some honey as a sweetener
