1 serving 

  • 1 or 2 bananas (preference) 
  • 1 scoop protein powder of your choice
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any nut milk)
  • 1 table spoon of Datini
  • 1/4 heaping tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 heaping tsp cardamom
  • some grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Bee pollen (optional)
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
