Datini Apple Tower 

Prep time: 5 minutes


  • Datini
  • Apples, as many as you need 
  • Crushed pistachio, almonds, cashews, walnuts, coconut shreds
  • nut flour, cinnamon, cacao powder
  1. cut apples into 4 layers 
  2. dip the sides of each layer into nut flour (this will prevent the spread from slipping out of the layers)
  3. Mix Datini with your choice of nut flour (Optional; Cinnamon or Cacao powder) until it forms a thicker spread.
  4. Layer the apples from bottom up and top each layer generously with Datini spread using a spread knife, squeeze down a bit as you stack each layer
  5. As you stack the apples, use your favorite sprinkles around the edges
  6. Enjoy!
