Brie Stuffed Dates

Delicious brie and pistachio stuffed dates

Prep time: 15 mins


  • 10 - 20 large pitted dates
  • Brie cheese, rind removed
  • Crushed pistachio 
  • walnuts halves
  • maple syrup


1. Preheat the oven to 325° F.
2. Slit open the dates lengthwise and remove the pits and stems.
3. Stuff about 1/2 teaspoon of cheese inside each date and put walnut haves inside some of the dates. Place the dates on a non-stick baking tray.
4. Bake the dates for 5-6 minutes until the cheese is melted and the dates are hot. Arrange on a platter and top the rest of the dates with crushed pistachio and drizzle all dates with maple syrup. Serve immediately
