Pumpkin Chocolate Protein Cookies!
They are refined sugar free!
These little guys are chewy, chocolatey, and great for a preworkout snack with added protein! 💪🏻
1 flax egg (1 TBSP flaxseed meal + 2 TBSP water, make ahead)
2 scoops vanilla plant protein
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup of Sana's Kitchen chocolate sesame date spread “(high in protein from Sesame Seeds and refined sugar free/sweetened with Dates)”
2 TBSP Manuka Honey
1/2 cup chocolate chips
A nice thick dough will form, use your hands to roll 1/2 inch balls, then flatten on baking tray.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 min!
